Aqua Dock 1.0 is a really small application which combines looks and functionality, Mac and Windows, in one taskbar/launcher. it can replace the standard toolbar in order to mix this functionality with some style too. The size, shape and dimensions of the taskbar can be configured to fit your desktop perfectly. And you also get to choose where it goes, placing it on any side of the monitor you want.

Speaking of configurations, in Aqua Dock 1.0 you can adjust various settings, like changing the size of the icons when the mouse hovers over them (a la Mac) or just have the icons slightly animated. You can drag and drop any file into this program so it launches it, and you can replace any icon on your desktop with a more customized one.
